Domaine de la Ville Rouge is located in Mercurol in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. Its vineyards extend over 18 hectares in 3 appellations: AOC Crozes-Hermitage (red and white), AOC Saint- Joseph (red and white) and IGP de la Drôme (red, white, rosé).
Vineyards have been certified organically-grown since 2012. In 2016, they received Biodynamics certification from Biodyvin. Manual work in the vineyards and low yields (35 hl / ha) serve to bring out the characteristics of the terroirs, much valued by the producers.
