Château Les Justices is an 8.5 hectare property located in Preignac, in the heart of Sauternes, on a clay-limestone soil with a rocky subsoil.
The vines have an average age of 40 years. The harvest, according to the impact of the Botrytis Cinerea, are done by successive sorting.
The grape varieties are 85% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon and 5% Muscadelle.
After harvest, the wine is vinified and aged in barrels before being bottled 2 years later.
