Very fresh nose, mixing pink grapefruit, red berries, fresh bread and notes of custard. On the palate, the texture is creamy while remaining airy thanks to an extra-crude dosage. Nice acidulated tension, perfectly integrated. The finish is light and long, supported by a delicate tannic touch. A very beautiful extra-brut rosé champagne, both racy and fruity. »(The Best French Wines 2016 – Gault Millau)
